Todd is a leader, trainer, coach, consultant, and founder of Global Leader Partnership. His passion is to bring transformation by developing people and teams in cross-cultural environments. He has experience in engineering, financial services, and non-profit agencies, having served in the United States, Latin America, and since 2012 in the Middle East.

With a deep commitment to developing values-based leaders, Todd has spent decades equipping individuals, teams, and organizations to lead with greater trust, character, and effectiveness. His work focuses on leadership development, team dynamics, intercultural intelligence, and helping organizations navigate diverse cultural environments.

Through coaching, consulting, facilitation, and training, Todd empowers leaders and teams to grow in self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and influence, helping them thrive in complex and rapidly changing environments.

Shelly Treadway

Europe

An educator with more than 20 years experience in the classroom, professional development trainer, and coach, Shelly has worked in the United States, the Middle East, Central Asia, East Africa, and Southern Europe.

Working on her doctorate in the field of trauma informed organizational leadership, she is passionate to see people equipped with the tools to help their communities heal and thrive. A certified trainer for Trauma Free World, Lead-Develop-Care, KEYS Activator, and the founder of AspenEDU, Shelly oversees training development while working with international teams that are in front-line crisis response. In addition, she coaches cross cultural education communities in best practices for quality leadership, trauma competencies implementation, team building, organization culture, and the neuroscience of learning.

Alan Keenan

Alan is a leader, coach and teacher, with more than 20 years experience working cross culturally in multiple Middle East countries, although Belfast in Northern Ireland is where he originates from. His experience is in language teaching, development work and training for small business start-ups. He has a Master's degree in Teaching. His desire is to develop leaders in the fields of social business, non-profit work and education through transformative coaching conversations and targeted training.

Kimberly loves learning and rich conversations with others. She has her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Texas A&M University. She has lived in the Middle East region for almost ten years and finds great joy in helping facilitate meaningful, transformational experiences for others through equipping, teaching, and developing.

Micah Ropp

Micah is a leadership and organizational development consultant who specializes in helping leaders lead from their strengths and develop those they lead in their strengths. His passion is to develop individuals and teams, equipping them to be more productive and effective in their work.

As a Certified Facilitator of The Six Types of Working Genius, he has been trained by the Table Group team and been equipped with the tools and resources to help people leverage the Working Genius model with individuals, teams and organizations.
